By creating an account on Allsead or accessing any part of the platform (allsead.com and its subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines posted on the platform.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and AUTELLI JEAN-MICHEL (Entrepreneur individuel, SIREN 102 544 616), trading as Autelli Productions, operator of Allsead.
Verification requirement. Allsead is a closed, verified platform. Access is restricted to individuals who hold a valid @insead.edu email address, or who have been explicitly pre-approved by Allsead's operator. Attempting to register with a non-authorised email address will result in an automatic rejection.
Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform.
Affiliation requirement. Allsead is designed for current and recent INSEAD students, staff, and alumni. Your account is associated with an expected end-of-affiliation date derived from your programme and intake.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted. Allsead reserves the right to terminate duplicate accounts without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and onboarding, including your real name, current campus, and programme.
You must notify Allsead immediately at support@allsead.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Allsead reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to contain false information, impersonate another person, or otherwise violate these Terms.
Allsead is a community platform for INSEADers. You agree to use it in good faith and in the spirit of the community it serves.
Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination at Allsead's sole discretion.
Ownership. You retain ownership of content you create and submit to Allsead (listings, posts, messages, comments, images).
Licence. By submitting content to Allsead, you grant Allsead a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of providing the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.
Responsibility. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you post. Allsead does not verify user-generated content and cannot be held liable for its accuracy or consequences.
Moderation. Allsead reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or community standards — without prior notice.
Reporting. Every listing and post includes a report function. Allsead commits to reviewing all flagged content promptly and fairly.
No payments handled by Allsead. Allsead is a discovery and introduction platform only. All transactions (payments, deposits, handovers) occur directly between users. Allsead does not process, hold, or guarantee any payments.
Listing limits. To maintain listing quality and prevent abuse, active listing limits apply per user: up to 10 active Market listings and up to 3 active Housing listings at any one time.
Accuracy. Listings must accurately represent the item, property, or arrangement being offered. Deliberately misleading listings will be removed and may result in account suspension.
Sensitive information. Housing listings must not include exact addresses in their public description. Exact location details should only be shared privately via the listing's message thread, after initial contact is established.
Ghost listings. Listings are automatically marked as expired when a user's affiliation ends. Users are expected to keep their listings current and mark items as reserved or sold promptly.
The collection and use of your personal data is governed by Allsead's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
In summary: Allsead collects only the data necessary to operate the platform. We never sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data at any time by contacting support@allsead.com.
By you. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@allsead.com. Account deletion requests are processed within 14 business days.
By Allsead. Allsead reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behaviour that is harmful to the community.
Automatic expiry. As described in Section 2, accounts transition to read-only mode upon end-of-affiliation. Active listings created prior to expiry remain visible but will be auto-expired. The user cannot create new content in read-only mode.
Effect of termination. Upon account closure, your access to the platform ceases immediately. User-generated content may be retained in anonymised or archived form for platform integrity purposes, unless you request full deletion.
As-is provision. Allsead is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
No guarantee of availability. Allsead does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.
No liability for transactions. Allsead is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from peer-to-peer transactions, housing arrangements, or any other interactions between users facilitated through the platform.
Content accuracy. Allsead does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-generated content. Users should independently verify all information before acting on it.
Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Allsead's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed €100.
Allsead may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or via an in-platform notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must close your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Allsead that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
